Billy is a native of Botetourt County, Virginia and moved to the Northern Virginia area after graduating from James Madison University (JMU). At JMU he achieved a degree in History & Education, he was a member of the Club Golf, though he’ll admit his game still needs a lot of work.

Billy came to the insurance business after working in mortgage lending, he is licensed in Virginia for Property & Casualty lines. His specialty is working with individuals to find the best insurance company for their insurance needs. He happily welcomes any new challenge that arises, the more complicated the case the more he likes it! Clients compliment Billy on how patient he is and they mention how well he listens to their individual needs. 

Outside of work, he enjoys sports, movies & TV, live music, and spending time with friends & family (including his dog).
