Erik did a great job in assisting us with first providing a Rental insurance policy in Virginia that referred to our homeowners in Texas, and transferring our auto insurance to Virginia from Texas; then a couple years later ultimately switching everything we have to a different insurance provider for properties in both states. He did a great job in navigating all of that complexity.

I contacted Kinneman Insurance upon receiving a renewal notice from the company that has insured our house for many years. The premium increase from the previous year was 50%, several times the rate of inflation and despite having no prior claims. I was rather expecting the independent broker who originally put us into this policy to contact us and either provide an explanation or offer to shop around for a new homeowner's policy. We never heard from her.

So I emailed Kinneman Insurance and the owner put me in touch with Kevin Pennington, who is a very energetic, knowledgeable, and dedicated agent. Over the next month he shopped with different insurers to get us a better rate with the same or better coverage. He answered every question, responded to emails and phone calls very promptly, and was so personable yet professional in his manner. After a lot of work on our behalf, Kevin put us into a new homeowner's policy that costs significantly less than our previous policy, yet provides more comprehensive coverage.

I feel we were in the best of hands with Kevin, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. We look forward to having him meet our insurance needs for a long time to come.
